Tampa Bay Doodles is a trade name of Harmony Oaks Homestead LLC, a family breeder located in Florida. This policy covers tampabaydoodles.com and the text messages and emails we send to people who contact us.

What We Collect

We only collect what you type into our forms. That means your name, phone number, and email address, plus anything optional you choose to share, such as which puppy or color you are interested in and any message you write.

We do not ask for and never store payment card details on this website. Payments are handled by Stripe through their own secure checkout.

Why We Collect It

To answer your questions, talk with you about a puppy, and let you know when a puppy that fits your family is available. If you join our waitlist, you are asking us to text you about available puppies, and that is what we use your number for.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone, and we do not share it for anyone else’s advertising.

Text Messages

When you give us your phone number through our waitlist or contact form, you agree to receive occasional text messages from us about available puppies. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.

You can stop at any time by replying STOP to any message. You can also simply call or email and ask us to take you off the list.

Who Else Touches Your Information

We use a small number of trusted services to run the business. They process your information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes:

Website Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to see how many people visit our pages. It is privacy-friendly and does not use cookies or build a profile of you. We see totals, like how many people viewed the puppies page, not who you are.

How Long We Keep It

We keep inquiries and waitlist entries for as long as we may reasonably need them to stay in touch with you about a puppy, and records related to an actual puppy placement for as long as needed for our records and health guarantee.

Your Choices

Children

This website is meant for adults considering a puppy. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
